2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Submit Return Request: If the seller agrees, submit a return request through your Xoxmos account.

Ship the Item: Send the item to our designated return center at the address provided. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

Inspection by Xoxmos: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
3. Refund Process

Immediate Refund: If the item passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to you within 2 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal Friends & Family).

Seller’s Responsibility: The refund amount will be deducted from the seller’s security deposit held by Xoxmos.

Failed Inspection: If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
4. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns:
